RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WORKUP - 2026 Tax Year

This workup will include a sales comparison approach with comparable sales to your home, as well as a Uniform and Equal study that will compare your homes taxes to others of similar homes. If the sales comparison approach does not support a reduction (sales around you were too high) the Uniform and Equal report will still be sent for you to submit to the county for a reduction. 

These reports will be sufficient evidence to win your appeal, add to it photos and estimates of damage to your home for even more of a reduction.
